Obituary of Georgia A. Wydrinski

Georgia A. Wydrinski (nee Wise), age 75, passed away on March 6, 2019. She was the devoted daughter of the late Mary and Thomas Wise Sr. She was the beloved wife of Ted Wydrinski for 51 years. She was the loving mother of her daughter Kim Taps and her husband Robert and her daughter Wendy. She was the cherished grandmother of Timmothy and his wife Cynthia, Austin, Johnathan and Danielle. She was the dear sister of Betty Fraser and Kenneth Wise and the late Thomas Wise, Robert Wise, Joan Fabozzi and Virginia Moreno. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Georgia was born and raised on Staten Island. She was a graduate of Curtis High School. Throughout her life she worked at AT&T, Clove Lakes Nursing Home and most importantly she was a wonderful homemaker for her family. In her spare time Georgia enjoyed baking, crossword puzzles, scratch offs, Atlantic City and Parx Casino trips. Over the years Georgia touched the lives of many people. She will be remembered as an outgoing, friendly and caring person who loved spending time with her family. Georgia's presence will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Monday, departing at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Rita's R.C. Church at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery. Family and friends may visit on Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
