Obituary of Primitiva "Nancy" Rosa

Primitiva (Nancy) Rosa, 82, of Rosebank, passed away on March 28, 2019. She was the beloved mother of Anthony Gagluicci, Harry and Shirley Rivera, and pre-deceased sons Carlos Rosa & Johnny Rivera. She was also survived by 6 grandchildren, Harry Jr & Michael Rivera, Sabrina Migaj, Carlo Gagluicci, Matthew Carter, Carleena Felder, a pre-deceased grandson Anthony Gagluicci III, 5 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. She was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, moved to New York in 1950 and has been a lifelong resident since then. She enjoyed bike riding in her youth and cycled all through Staten Island. She had a passion for Latin music, fashion, loved to watch horror movies, and watching her grandkids after school. Funeral Service at the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd, on Monday, 10:00 am. Interment to follow in Ocean View Cemetery.
