Obituary of Bella Cascio

Bella Cascio (nee DeNunzio), age 94, passed away on June 10, 2019. She was the devoted daughter of the late Matthew and Lillian DeNunzio. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Cascio. She was the loving mother of Lorraine Smerina and the late Raymond J. Cascio. She was the dear mother in law of Elena Cascio. She was the cherished grandmother of Jodi Smerina, Lisa Rivera and her husband Juan, Gary Smerina and his wife Jeanette, Karen Harford and her husband Michael, Jill Ippolito and her husband Vinny and Michael Smerina and his wife Erin. She was the dear great grandmother of Shawn, Alyssa, Matthew, Andrew, Kristin, Bridget, Samantha, Alexander, Claire, Michael, John, Justin, Nicholas and Joseph. Bella was a wonderful person who loved spending time with her family. She was an amazing role model for her children. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd. on Thursday, 6/13/19, departing at 10:00 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Holy Child R.C. Church at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, 6/11/19, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and Wednesday, 6/12/19 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
