Obituary of Ruth S. Bianco

Ruth S. Bianco, 90, of Jackson, NJ, formerly of Mariner's Harbor, Staten Island, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2019. She was the beloved aunt of James R. Danza and his wife, Joan, Diane Juliano, Roseanne Culcasi and her husband, Sal, Donna Gimbert and her husband, Ronnie, Carol Bianco, and Nancy Bianco; dear sister of the late Theresa Bianco; fond great-aunt several great-nieces and one great-nephew. Ms. Bianco was born on Staten Island in 1929, raised in Mariner's Harbor and was graduated from McKee High School. Ruth was employed for many years by the NYC Board of Education, as a Lunch Aide at P.S. 54. Some of her hobbies included gardening, bowling, playing bingo, trips to Atlantic City, cooking, and time spent with her family. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Tuesday, 7/2, departing at 9:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family R.C. Church at 10 am. Entombment will follow in Moravian Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, 7/1, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
