Obituary of Diana Milatta

Diana Milatta (nee Cartsonis), age 74, of Willowbrook, passed away on October 7, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Charles Milatta for 52 years; loving mother of Deborah Lois and her husband Chris, Laura Fontana and her husband Damian, and Charles Milatta, Jr., and his wife Heather; cherished grandmother of Christian Lois, Dana Fontana, Diana Lois, Melissa Fontana, and Aiden Milatta; dear sister of Linda Salafia and her husband, Robert. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Milatta was a lifelong Staten Islander, who graduated from Port Richmond High School. For thirty-five years she and her husband were co-owners of Continental Caterers. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, gambling, gardening, her pet birds, and scrapbooking. As an alternative to flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Staten Island Kiwanis Club.
