Obituary of Eustace S. Worrell

Eustace S. Worrell, age 83, passed away on November 12, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy Worrell (nee Haynes). He was the loving father of Brenda Browne and her husband Alvin and Dr. Cheryl Worrell. He was the cherished grandfather of Brian, Brandon and Tyler. He was the dear brother of Sheila Headley, Jean Worrell, Everton Worrell and Frank Worrell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as devoted friends. He was predeceased by his loving mother Millicent. Eustace was born and raised in Barbados and later moved to the U.S. He loved sharing stories and memories of his upbringing in Barbados with family and friends. Eustace was very proud and happy working as a Rehab Assistant at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). He cultivated many wonderful friendships throughout his career. In his free time he enjoyed watching old western movies as well as listening to old classic music. Eustace had a warm and friendly personality. He will be remembered as a kind, generous and selfless person who will be truly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home Inc., 2508 Victory Blvd. On Wednesday, 11/20/19, a Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Rosehill Cemetery, Linden, NJ. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, 11/19/19 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
