Obituary of Cheryl A. Guidice

Cheryl A. Guidice (nee Forlenza), 51, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2019, at Staten Island University Hospital North. She was the beloved wife of Neil for 27 years, loving mother of Ashley, Tiffany, and Joseph Guidice; cherished daughter of Joseph and Dolores Forlenza; beloved daughter in law of Dolores and the late Daniel Guidice; dear sister of Theodore (Marie) Forlenza, and Joseph (Nora) Forlenza; fond sister-in-law of Susan Long and Nicholas Guidice. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Guidice was born on Staten Island, raised in Westerleigh, and was graduated from Wagner High School. For many years she worked as a Medical Biller. Some of her hobbies included trips to the Jersey Shore and Atlantic City. Most of all she was a protective mother and very devoted to her family.

Funeral from the Matthew Funeral Home, Inc., 2508 Victory Boulevard, on Wednesday, departing at 9:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rita's R.C. Church at 10 am. Interment to follow in Moravian Cemetery. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
