Well the day is here, the emotional weekend has passed & the words to describe my feelings have finally come. Today I buried & put to rest a different type of love. When I said first, I truly meant it. From falling for you the first moment I saw you dressed in all white at the homecoming dance, to the years we spent back and forth with each other. When I said real, I truly felt it. You taught me love, affection, trust & care & concern for others. When I said only, I truly live it. I still to this day haven’t found in anyone else what I found in you, & I refuse to settle for less. Many people may not understand our story, but I know the ones that do truly appreciate it & that’s all that matters to me. I will remember you & our memories fondly & often. I hope you’re finally at peace, love you my lo zaino. 10.16.10 ❤️
