Joan and I worked together in the World Trade Center and we remained friends for years. She was a lovely, loyal friend who always had time to talk. She was warm and kind and I will never forgot her fun, down-to-earth spirit. She loved her family and always talked about them. She always ended each conversation with an inspiring piece of advice and I will miss her. My condolences to Joan's family; God bless and keep her in paradise.
