It’s so hard to believe that James has passed. I can hear that voice and laugh even now. When we moved from the Bronx (1071 Washington Ave. to Brooklyn. James came around regularly to look in on his Aunt Mary and help get us settled in. I find myself with a smile on my face whenever l think of him.... (Palma’s son Johnny)

I want to say how much James meant to my Mother(Lylis), Grandmother(Mary Frazier-Burgess) and Auntie(Palma). He was always so kind to them and took care if they ever needed anything. This extended to me as well. He checked on me and made sure I was doing okay after Mom passed. I will miss him. My heartfelt condolences to my cousins on the passing of their father. May his love always light your heart. God bless him and keep him.
Love,
Meredith
