My condolences to The McPadden family. I had the opportunity to meet Kevin at. Myra S. Barnes . IS 24. we shared the same Home Room ( 8-M ) 1972. And later went on to finish our education at New Dorp High School. Class of '76' . I remember Kevin having a great sense of humor. And was. a nice guy. May God bless Kevin and Rest in Peace classmate.

My deepest condolences and sympathies to all members of the Kevin McPadden family! While students at New Dorp High School, Class of 1976, I was a teammate, fellow Irishman and good friend of Kevin! Known around the track workouts as "Mac," I remember Kevin as an excellent runner and an outstanding person! Always friendly, they simply did not come any nicer than Kevin! While in high school, I am happy to have known Kevin and have him as a friend! It is always terrible to loose a much loved family member! Most especially, when the family member is as young as Kevin! Kevin has left us way too soon! I often think of the fun times running track in high school and moving forward, I will think more often about Kevin and add the McPadden family to my prayers! Kevin had Uncle Edward's radiant smile. His sense of humor and laughter were infectious. I enjoyed our many conversations at Maureen's McPadden family reunion. His service to our country is a legacy never to be forgotten. Bill McPadden
