Kevin had a passion for animals, and worked as an associate for Blue Buffalo, which allowed him to spend time with many animals. Mr. Mc Padden was a family man, as he enjoyed having family and friends gathered around histable for family dinners. Being proud of his Irish heritage, his favorite dinners were on St. Patrick's Day, but he wouldn't eat the traditional dinner that his wife cooked. Instead he chose to eat his favorite dishes such as spaghetti and meatballs, and homemade chocolate cream pie. He was an avid runner, running through town and enjoying time talking to neighbors. His greatest joy in life was his granddaughter. He cherished his time with her, as she was the light of his life. She affectionately called him "PA" and they spent many hours playing together on the floor. He was whatever she wanted him to be, from a horse to a ballerina. They loved having water fights with their water guns in the summer, along with playing bingo, checkers, and the games they made up together. Kevin was very patriotic, as he flew the American flag everyday outside his home, and was a member of the American Legion. He was a Mets and Miami Dolphins Fan, and loved listening to Neil Diamond and singing along with the music and attending Neil's concerts. As a proud parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua R.C.
