Lou you were a great guy. As a fellow colleague at 93, I remember our many conversations, especially about the NY Yankees. I remember you would also stop by my classroom and engage with the kindergartners. They enjoyed your visits. RIP Lou...condolences to Mayra and the family. Sincerely, Ann Marie Gagliotti

My prayers and thoughts are with Lou's loved ones and family. I am so sorry for your great loss. I remember Lou's bright and witty sense of humor and love for sports. He always talked about his girls and how proud he was of them. I took graduate courses with Lou in Brooklyn years ago and his sense of humor made the commute and work bearable. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him!

I am so very sorry to hear about the loss of such a good man and friend. Lou was a great math teacher but more importantly a strong, life changing role model and father figure to so many troubled young people. May God bless Louie and hold him in the Palm of His Hand. My condolences to Mayra, his girls, brothers and all of the family. Love, Dave and Sheila Lally and family (PNWBOCES)
