Daddy, this still does not feel real to me. I love and miss you so much! This pain of losing you is unbearable. Thank you for being the greatest father and Pop Pop! Words cant describe how much I miss you. I don't know how I am going to move forward in this life without you. I need you! I miss my buddy and my bestfriend. I will always be your right hand. I know you are no longer suffering and you are now reunited with mommy but I miss you so much! My heart is shattered! Daddy RIP! Until we meet again. I love you so much! Keith n Silvana send the Carfagna family our deepest heartfelt condolences for the passing of Thomas. My family n Tommy's were neighbors n very close...we saw each other grow up. Tom was one of the coolest guys in Mariners Harbor and still was cool wherever he went n lived...way too cool. Tom had a complete life starting with a good family a nice friends. Then Tom had a good job, married his soulmate Sue and they both had wonderful children Tammy Stacey n Tom Jr. n grandchildren of which he loved adored dearly. They were his life He will be missed by all who knew him...he was definitely an inspiration to all who knew him...I was happy to hv known him, be part of his facebook friends n to hv seen him 1 more time n hv him meet Keith my hubby... He was a fighter n tough when he had to be...with God's help n the love he had for his children...he kept himself going... He is now is God's care n I know he will look after his children n grandchildren from the other world... May you rest in peace, Tom Carfagna. Silvana Giustini Dickson
