I briefly worked with Celia at Condé Nast before she retired. It was a difficult time in my life. She was always understanding and welcoming, always with a smile. We are so saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend, Celia. You were always the first to help anyone and had a heart of gold. When I decided banking wasn’t for me and declined my Citigroup offer, you were the first to help me get my first full time job out of College. You were determined to get me in to Condé Nast, and pushed for me every day. I loved visiting with you when I made my daily runs from my building to the time square building. I will never forget that, and how much you cared for my girls. They loved you! I will miss hearing your voice on the other end of the phone and seeing you.
