I am sorry for your loss. My brother, Tom, Kathleen, Tommy, Anna and I grew up in the Bronx where we’d meet and enjoyed getting together. We also had our cousins Eileen and Pat Tolan. She had the best reading material which she shared. After raising our families and retiring, we had the time to reconnect and talked regularly. She enjoyed her family and enjoyed life. Before she got sick, she played Pickle Bsll. I was impressed! She was planning another trip to Ireland when she regained her health. She fought the good fight but it was not meant to be. Kathleen (Snookie to us: a name given to her by her beloved brother) was an interesting, beautiful woman who was smart and funny. I will miss her. You have my sympathy. Condolences to the Masone family. I ended up in St Vincent’s ER after getting cut in the neck with a piece of window plate glass. It was a work accident. Lucky for me, Mrs. Masone was working and made me feel comfortable while the Dr did a neck exploration. He wanted to make sure there was no small pieces of glass that could cut my jugular vein. Yikes!! Thank you Mrs Masone and may you rest in peace. Dan Burns
