Dear Senerchia family I was a classmate of Frank’s in the NYPD academy class October 1973. He was part of our study group and always kidding around with the best of them. A real gentleman, a good friend and excellent police officer. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. A great guy. RIP Frank. Sincerely Jim Marion

Frank was my neighbor and friend for 28 years on Emerson Hill. He was kind, gentle, accommodating to all. It was his need to help that made him so special. When I moved to Naples, Florida 20 years ago, my husband passed away. Frank came to Florida to help me out as I was alone. A few weeks later, I went to Staten Island to hold a Service for family members there and again, Frank was there to help with everything. The Tribute from "Cookie" said it all. Meeting a guy like Frank is rare. Hew will be sorely missed in my life. Love you Frank, With a Broken Heart, Maureen Madalone, Moe to Frank

Meeting a guy like Frank is rare. This man locked me up in 1988 and then helped me get my life back on track in 1998 when I had the possibility of facing the death penalty. Without his help i would not be here today. Regardless of who I was on the street and what I have done, Frank treated me like a human being. His job was to catch guys like me and I respected that. When the time came that I decided to change my life he was the first to step to the plate. My family and I owe you. RIP ❤️ COOKIE

I first met Frank back in 1996 when I worked at Franck Muller. I worked with him for years. He provided security for photoshoots, VIP meetings, travel etc. Frank was the greatest. He was always professional but also the best guy to have a beer with at the end of a long day. I am so sorry to hear this news. My prayers to his family.
