Rest in peace my Great Uncle. You made the world a better place with your kind gentle spirit.. i look back on your life and and remember fondly how much you adored your family. Your sacrifices were remarkable and plenty and they were for them . You proudly served our country at such a young age and continued to do so into your later years. Most men would probably want to take it easy after returning home from deployment but you instead went on to graduate college. You showed our family what it meant to be a true patriot. I loved how the “Woosley” remained part if your daily life, i can’t remember you without your Navy baseball cap..
The care and compassion that Suzanne selflessly gave is a true testament of the man you were. She was lucky to have such a great man for her Daddy.
I hope heaven is filled with winning Met games, newspapers, icebox cake and Johnny Cash music.
Love. Annabelle

I drove John in the Travis 4th of July parade for many years. He was a Navy WWII veteran like my Dad. We had lots of fun and I missed him the last 2 years. Rest in Peace John, I will miss you.
