I was so very sorry to hear about Charlie's passing and disappointed the notice was not posted at St. Stanislaus, my own parish or in the Advance. Charlie and Pauline were a beautiful couple; after Pauline passed, I invited Charlie a number of times to my home for get-togethers. I called him so many times but never hear back from him. Every year I sent a Christmas card and he sent me one. Such a sweet man. I wish I had been able to speak to him and help him if he needed assistance. I suspect his loving family were with him. Please accept my condolences on his passing. May Charlie rest in eternal peace in God's loving arms with Pauline by his side.
